Terms of Service

This website (scrampix.com) is the supplement of Scrampix, the fun picture puzzle for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Scrampix is a service of Qualiaset, LLC.

Here is our terms of service agreement that you must agree to in order to use Scrampix.com:

• By using this website, you are agreeing to our terms of service.
• Some functionality requires users to login. We use Twitter to let users log in to our website. Users have to connect their twitter account to our service before they are able to use functionality that requires logging in.
• We maintain a strict privacy policy. You can read about it here
• You have to be at least 13 years of age to use this website.
• We reserve the right to remove any image for any reason whatsoever.
• Image that are pornographic or offensive in nature (including nudity, violence, sexual acts, or sexually provocative images.), infringes upon copyrights not held by the user uploading them, is illegal or violates any laws, will be immediately deleted and the IP address of the uploaded user reported to authorities. Violating these terms will result in termination of your ability to upload further images.
• Quliaset, LLC reserves the right to ban any individual from using Scrampix.com for any reason.
• You agree not to hold Quliaset, LLC, its officers, employees or partners liable for any damages. All data, photographs, messages, graphics, comments, text or other materials ("Content"), are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. You, and not Quliaset, LLC, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available through Scrampix.com. Quliaset, LLC does not control the Content posted and does not guarantee the accuracy or integrity of such Content.
• Quliaset, LLC shall not be liable for any statements or conduct of any third party using the service. By using Scrampix.com you may be exposed to Content that is indecent, objectionable or offensive.
• Quliaset, LLC will not be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content. Quliaset, LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available on Scrampix.com. Quliaset, LLC assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, miss-delivery or failure to store any User content, communication or personal settings.
• By uploading your photos to Scrampix.com you give Quliaset, LLC permission to use or distribute your photos on Scrampix.com or affiliated sites
